Warranty
All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from ship date. Normal wear and tear from use of carpet is excluded.

Colors
Color names do not match factory color names and dye lots do vary. Because of this the manufacturer is not responsible for problems, which arise from variation in color.

General Return Information
Once raw materials are cut, it is considered an order. All products are manufactured to order; therefore all orders are considered "special order". Custom embroidered items are non-returnable.

All products should be inspected upon reciept and prior to installation. Products cannot be returned after being altered in any way. Products cannot be returned for any reason if held for over 90 days.

Prior authorization must be obtained before any item can be returned. If approved, either a Call Tag (CT) or a Return Authorization (RA) number will be given and must be indicated on the box along with detailed information concerning the name of return. Any unauthorized return will be refused!!
